This is a blank island. To plan yours, use a screenshot of your in-game map.
How do I get the screenshot?
On the Switch, open the map (press −) and press the Capture button. In Album, pick it, choose Send to smartphone and scan the QR code. Save the picture to your phone.

How to use
1. Get your map in
On the Switch, open the map (press −), then press the Capture button (the square one on the left Joy-Con).
Go to Album, pick the screenshot, choose Send to smartphone and scan the QR code with your phone. Save the picture.
Here, open the menu ☰ → Start from a map screenshot, pick the picture, and drag the four dots to the corners of the island.
2. Plan
One finger paints. Two fingers move and zoom. ✋ Look lets you move around with one finger.
Cliffs: paint levels 1–3. Water: rivers and ponds. Build: tap a building, then tap the map to place it. Tap a placed building to move, turn or remove it.
Red outlines mean the game won't let you put it there.
3. Compare
Hold the 👁 button to see your island as it is now.
Use Copy this design to try different ideas without losing the old one.
4. Edit together
☰ → Share this island puts it online in this page. Anyone the page is shared with as an Editor finds it in My designs, and you both see each other's changes as they happen. Undo only takes back your own changes.
